Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product is not as described or is the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, perishable items (like food or treats) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Once you receive approval, please return the product in its original packaging. Depending on your location, return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll receive a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.

Refunds

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
